Every year the Beverly Hills High School Alumni Association is privileged to offer approximately six scholarship awards made possible by private donation. Six scholarships of $2,000 each for a total of $24,000 are awarded each year.
Type of Scholarships
There are two types of scholarships.
BHHS Alumni Association Scholarships (two awarded each year)
Privately Funded Named Scholarships (four awarded each year)

Scholarship Winners Are Announced At BHHS Senior Awards Night
How To Apply
Application form is available from the counseling office in the beginning of the calendar year. Applicants must be a member of BHHS graduating class in good standing. In general, applicants are required to submit a personal statement, not to exceed two double-spaced pages, telling us about yourself, your college and professional plans. Also submit a copy of your high school transcript, two letters of recommendations from teachers or other adults (excluding parents or relatives) attesting to your scholarship or leadership abilities, a resume if you have one, and a small photograph of yourself. (A pocket sized senior-class photo/color copy is recommended.) ALL STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY. SCHOLARSHIP CONSIDERATION WILL BE BASED ON MERlT AND NEED. The Committee Applications will be reviewed by the Alumni Scholarship Committee composed of at least three Board members. The Scholarship Committee will select 8 to 12 semi fmalists, and the final six will be selected after input by the school's counseling staff.
